Octavio Lemus is a Mexican businessman who is the Founder, President and CEO of LOCMA Oilfield Consultants Ltd.
Industrial Engineer with 25 years of experience in oil and gas Industry, Lemus started early in the 90's in Mexico, spending 9 years at Pemex (the Mexican state-owned petroleum company). He has spent another 16 years of his career within international oil and gas service companies and own company in several countries such as Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Malaysia, Gabon Africa, The USA and Mexico.
Octavio Lemus was hired by Halliburton with an international assignment in the Middle East and Weatherford International hired him as a Sales and Applications engineer going so far from Gabon, Africa.
Strong experience in Business Development, sales strategies, operations and business planning.
Lemus was born in Poza Rica, Mexico and is a 1989 graduate of the Colegio Técnico Profesional CONALEP, and 2012 graduate of Universidad del Golfo de Mexico where he earned both Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Chemist Technician degree.
He has an excellent communication with oil and gas Customers building a strong work relationship with them.
